Pawpaw Salad

You will need



• 1 small mature, but not ripe, pawpaw
• Salt to taste


Method



1. Peel and dice pawpaw into bite-size
pieces or coarsely grate.
2. Boil in salted water until cooked.
3. Drain and serve with chopped
spring onion.
(This can also replace leafy greens in fish-andcoconut-
cream dish.)
